Assets with Open Result Notes Widget – New Result Compliance Filter

Overview
The Assets with Open Result Notes widget has been updated with a new Result Compliance filter. This allows you to focus specifically on notes generated from Red, Amber, or Green task results — or any combination of the three — making it easier to prioritise critical remedial actions without being distracted by less urgent items.
How to Use the Result Compliance Filter
Open the widget configuration for the Assets with Open Result Notes widget.
Locate the Result Compliance field.
Select one or more result types to filter by: Red, Amber, or Green.
Use the ALL button to include all three result types.
Use the NONE button to clear the selection.
Use the INVERSE button to flip the current selection.
Click Apply to save the configuration.
The widget will now display only the open result notes that match your selected result compliance values.
Suggested Filter Configurations
Goal | Recommended Filter |
Focus on critical failures only | Red only |
Monitor borderline and failed results | Red + Amber |
Review all open notes regardless of result | Red + Amber + Green (All) |
Things to Keep in Mind
Filtering by Red only is recommended when you need to surface the most urgent remedial actions and reduce noise from lower-priority notes.
Asset Type requires a Compliance Scheme to be selected first — the prompt "Please select an item from the Compliance Scheme field" will appear if you attempt to select an asset type without first choosing a scheme.
Result Compliance defaults to all three values — if no filter is applied, notes from Red, Amber, and Green results will all appear in the widget.
