Moving Locations in ZetaSafe

Overview
Locations in ZetaSafe can be moved within the location hierarchy individually or in bulk. This is useful when reorganising your location structure to reflect physical or operational changes.
Moving a Single Location
Navigate to the Location Explorer and select the location you want to move.
On the Location Details screen, select Move Location from the side menu.
Choose the new parent location from the location tree.
Confirm the move.
Moving Multiple Locations
Navigate to the Location Explorer screen.
Use the checkboxes to select the locations you wish to move.
Click the Move Locations button.
Select the new parent location from the tree.
Tip: Locations being moved are highlighted in the tree, making it easier to identify them and select the correct parent location without losing track of your selection.
Things to Keep in Mind
Moving a location also moves its sub-locations â the entire hierarchy beneath a moved location will move with it. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
Bulk moves save time â when reorganising multiple locations at once, using the bulk move option is significantly faster than moving each location individually.
