The Location Tree displays all locations and their sub-locations within a client in a hierarchical structure. All users can view the Location Tree, but users restricted to specific locations will only see the locations within their access scope — locations outside their permissions remain hidden.

The Location Explorer screen provides the following bulk action buttons at the top of the tree:

Note: When moving a location, all sub-locations beneath it are automatically selected and moved together. See Moving Locations in ZetaSafe for full details.

Selecting a single location in the tree opens its sub-menu in the right-hand panel. The following options are available:

Access is scope-dependent — users restricted to specific locations will only see the locations they have access to. Locations outside their scope are hidden entirely.

Act on Selected vs. Act on All — Act on Selected applies only to individually checked locations, while Act on All applies across the entire tree. Use Act on Selected for targeted changes and Act on All with care.

Sub-locations move with their parent — when moving a location, all items beneath it in the hierarchy are included in the move automatically.
