The Result Stats by Location Type Report is designed to highlight potential compliance gaps where assets may not have been added to a location due to ongoing accessibility issues. It helps you understand your current compliance status and identify locations that may require regular monitoring but have been overlooked.
Why Locations May Have No Assets
There are legitimate reasons why a location in ZetaSafe may have no associated assets. For example:
It was not feasible to add and barcode all assets during the initial site visit.
A location is temporarily or permanently inaccessible.
Assets exist at the location but have not yet been recorded in the system.
While these situations are understandable, unmonitored locations can create compliance gaps that need to be identified and managed proactively.
What This Report Does
The Result Stats by Location Type Report:
Highlights locations in ZetaSafe that have no associated assets, grouped by location type
Clarifies your current compliance status across all location types
Identifies locations that may require regular monitoring but have been missed for any reason
