ZetaSafe Widget Groupings

đŸŽ„ Video Walkthrough: A video guide accompanies this article — watch it here.

Overview

ZetaSafe offers a broad selection of dashboard widgets, organised into clearly labelled groups with detailed descriptions. This makes it easier to find the right widget for your needs and understand the insights each one can provide.

Widget Groups

Widgets are organised into the following five groups:

Group

Description

Notes and Actions – Task Outcomes

Widgets focused on the results and outcomes of tasks, including compliance status and result notes

Other Notes and Actions

Widgets covering asset notes, location notes, and other non-task-related actions

Operational Intelligence

Widgets that surface operational data to support day-to-day monitoring and decision-making

General Information

Widgets providing general overviews and summary data

Management Intelligence

Widgets designed to support higher-level reporting and performance management

Star Rating System

Each widget is assigned a star rating based on its popularity within the ZetaSafe community. This helps you identify widely used widgets at a glance.

Note: A low star rating does not mean a widget is poor quality. Newer widgets may have a lower rating simply because they have not yet been widely adopted — these are often worth exploring.

Some widgets are pre-added to dashboards by default, which can inflate their usage figures relative to newer additions.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Browse by group — if you are unsure which widget you need, browsing by group is a quick way to narrow down options based on the type of insight you are looking for.

  • Read the descriptions — each widget includes a detailed description to help you understand its purpose before adding it to your dashboard.

  • Don't overlook low-rated widgets — newer widgets with fewer ratings may offer functionality that is highly relevant to your specific needs.
