Things to Keep in Mind

  • Client and Location Users cannot access the Channel Menu — this menu is only available to user types with channel-level access.

  • Add Sub-Channel and Aggregated Licence Management are not enabled by default — these features are available to aggregated channel admins only. Contact your Account Manager if you need these options enabled.

  • Client List provides seamless navigation — use this option to switch between clients within the channel without needing to use the Change Active View function.

  • Manage Clients and Sub-Channels improves clarity — hiding unmanaged clients and sub-channels keeps the interface clean and reduces noise for Channel Users working across large estates.
