Switching Between User Roles in ZetaSafe

Overview
Users with multiple roles in ZetaSafe can switch between them at any time without needing to log out and back in. The dashboard refreshes automatically to reflect the newly selected role and its associated channel or client scope.
Viewing Your Current Role
Your current account type, active role, and channel/client scope are always displayed in the header bar at the top of the ZetaSafe screen. For example:

How to Switch Roles
Click on the Active Role link displayed in the header bar.
The Quick Switch Role dialog will appear, listing all roles available to your account.
Select the role you wish to switch to.
The dashboard will refresh automatically to reflect the new role and scope.
Things to Keep in Mind
No logout required â switching roles takes effect immediately without ending your current session.
The dashboard refreshes on role switch â any widgets or views configured for the previous role will update to reflect the new role's scope.
Multiple roles can be assigned â if you only have one role, the Quick Switch Role option will still appear but will list only your current role. Contact your administrator if you need additional roles assigned.
