ZetaSurvey – Submitted Documents Chart
Overview
The ZetaSurvey Documents widget is specifically configured to report on documents uploaded through the ZetaSurvey app. It displays a monthly total count of uploaded documents, covering up to 13 months of historical data.
What the Widget Shows
The widget displays a bar chart with:
X-axis — months within the configured date range
Y-axis — total number of documents uploaded in each month
Data sourced exclusively from ZetaSurvey app uploads
Configuration Options
Field | Description |
Title | The display name for the widget on your dashboard |
Channel | Filter data by a specific channel (optional) |
Client | Filter data by a specific client (optional) |
Number of previous months / weeks / days | Set the date range to display (1–12 months, weeks, or days) |
Create Copy | Toggle to create a duplicate of the widget on the same tab |
Note: The date range field is mandatory. The default is set to 6 months, but this can be adjusted to weeks or days depending on the level of granularity required.
Things to Keep in Mind
ZetaSurvey uploads only — this widget specifically tracks documents submitted via the ZetaSurvey app. Documents uploaded through other means in ZetaSafe will not appear here.
Up to 13 months of data — the widget supports a maximum historical view of 13 months, making it suitable for year-on-year comparisons.
Channel and Client filters are optional — leaving these blank will display data across all channels and clients within your scope.
