The updated ZetaMobile apps now allow users to add both asset and location documents directly from the app as they work, previously only available on the main website.
Add a Location Note
From the create tab select the location which requires a note [Fig 1]
The select add location note from the top menu buttons [Fig 2]

Images (or files) can all be uploaded to location notes and watching users can be assigned in the normal way.
